When me and my husband first noticed mold in our bathroom, we called up Max Clean and I spoke with Adam who got me in touch with Kent. Kent walked me through the process of what they would do to evaluate the issue and was very prompt offering to come out same day. He was very thorough in his first visit taking tons of pictures for our insurance company since there ended up being a leak in our ceiling. They were super accommodating with schedule and were always quick with their work. We worked with Nick and Billy as technicians and they explained everything they were going to do beforehand. Kent was our main contact and was so easy to get in touch with, he walked us through the insurance process since we never had a house claim before. We had water damage in the Kitchen area and in the Basement. Nick and Billy were of a great help in doing all the Mitigation work and they were super helpful and very nice people Kent was there all the way from the beginning to the end and he ensured that our home was back to how it was before. I messaged him after hours and over the weekend and he was there always to help me. Thanks to Adam for assigning such a nice team to get the job done at my place. Oswaldo and his team from the Huite construction did a good job of reconstructing it.
